Property fraud is thankfully rare, and the Spanish government is keen to take a hard line on such fraud. Up to 23 individuals have been arrested, including the mayor and millions of euros have been seized.<br /><br />It will be intersting to see how this one turns out and whether it will effect the spanish propety market.
